Were pleasant, got me in right away for an oil change, took about 30 minutes total and I was out of there. Everyone was nice and helpful even when there were rude customers they had to deal with.

They didn't fix my vehicle... BUT THAT'S A GOOD THING. My mechanic suggested having this specific Midas do some work on my wife's van. They were willing to do the work but warned me that I might not be happy with what I was asking for. They suggested doing a different procedure and scheduled it for after the holidays. They described in detail how what I was asking for might not have the result I was looking for. I'll keep you posted...
