My partner and I drove to your east Wareham location to get medicated for the day, Sunday June 27th at 8am. My partner had all his paperwork submitted/faxed and even had a copy of his paperwork with him and because your location did not receive the paperwork or LOST the paperwork (Habit opco has a horrible reputation for its disorganization) they refused to medicate him. On top of that the nursing staff was rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. We kept asking what our steps should be, given it was habit opco’s mistake and the front desk and nursing staff did not offer any support or solutions. He went without medicating due to this. We called our home clinic and they attempted to support us but given the timing he was still unable to get his medication. This is UNACCEPTABLE. SUD is a disease and any patient should be treated with kindness and respect AND should be granted access to medication especially if the individual practice the correct channels to do so. You’re doing a disservice to the community and individuals seeking support for their disease by having employees that treat them like disposable nuisances. DO BETTER!
