The people who work front desk are so rude, grumpy and unwelcoming in both Palo Alto and Los Altos locations. Their attitude is important cause it's first impression which make you feel good or bad. I mostly had bad experience with them. Nurses and doctors are so good. It would be good if there is a accurate address on Myhealth online app such as building number and floor plan. It was a big headache for me to find dermatologist department. I had to run with my newborn in stroller frome a bulding to another one. The worst part was the bad vibe frome front desk in each building.

I had a really good experience with my OBs here. I recently delivered a baby and the doctors were very nice and responsive. I had a postpartum complication and even though the two senior doctors who were dealing with me were booked out weeks in advance, they squeezed in time to see me because of my condition and were very responsive through the app as well. I highly recommend Dr. Shin and Dr. Sukhdeo for OB related stuff.

See OBs here. This year they seem pretty busy. Not satisfied with the time that doctors are giving - they seem to be in a rush when asking questions! The NP Wendy doesn't seem much interested in your concerns and is really a mechanical relay when it comes to responses.
