This store has really gone downhill. I used to go here all the time, now the shelves are empty. The doors are locked with no notice of a change in hours. I’ve just gotten to the point that I just need to find another go to brand. I’m starting to think Dollar Tree must think we deserve $1.25 worth of customer service to shop there. I miss the days of quality, integrity and customer service.

Was interested in finding this store as it is one of the new Plus locations. We spent no more than 5 minutes inside. The store was dirty, very unorganized and inventory was strewn everywhere. The “plus” aisle was an absolute disappointment. We weren’t impressed. As we were from out of town, I felt our time spent finding the location and going in to find nothing, a huge waste of time.

This used to be the BEST dollar tree in winston. Went yesterday and they had almost NO stock. I mean it looks like they are going out of business 😆😆. Not one item I went for was there. Cashiers were rude and manager was chillin in the office. 👎 The cloverdale location is no longer the best dollar tree lol. Kernersville location it is! 🙂

Until tonight, this is my favorite Dollar Tree. Now I it's the night before Thanksgiving and I'm sure they have had a lot of people in the store today but the place was trashed and nothing hardly on the shelves. There was also a staff member that was SO annoying. He was yelling and talking very loud. He just wouldn't stop.I couldn't wait to get out of there and this is always my favorite Dollar Tree. I hope it will be better my next visit.
