Charles (a great personality and courteous driver, with a big smile) came to our home today to tow my daughter's Toyota to Town & Country Toyota on S. Blvd. Our driveway is not easy to enter by a wrecker. Charles found a way to push the car a few feet then connect to the cable and pull it on the carrier all with a great, great attitude. I called to get a price for a tow, and I was told "we don't give our price unless we are towing the vehicle" how is a customer supposed to know if they have the funds to cover the cost if a company won't tell you what it is? Such wonderful customer service! Update, I would like to thank the Director of Operations Clay Hunter for being so attentive and going above and beyond to rectify the situation that occurred above. I was almost an hour away from home and my tire blew on 85 S. My insurance called Hunter Auto and Wrecker and they came at the time they gave me. I believe the tow drivers name was Mike and that poor guy had to cut across traffick to get to my car and I. He was very professional and nice and I was extremely grateful. I would use them again.
