Great job. But expensive and dispatch lady mouthy and full of attitude. Driver was awesome though. Wo t use again because of dispatch girl. She needs a few notches down. 150$ for 25 feet!!!! She could have easily knocked 50$ off but nope!!!! Next time, I will make them two me 20 miles for same money and tie them up 1.5 hours!!!!! Same money either way and she was full of mouth when I pointed that out.

I have a Lincoln towncar. It has airbag suspension. If you don’t turn off the switch before you lift the car you can damage the suspension. These racist white people towed my car and busted my airbag and broke my rear axle. I had pictures and proof they damaged my car. They told me they didn’t do it. The woman in the office told me the tow truck driver told her he heard a crack when he towed it. Meaning they did it. I stayed out there showing my frustration. They called the cops on me. This will cost me over $1200 to fix. Out of my pocket. My car was driving perfectly fine before they towed my car. This place is horrible. My car had to be towed due to transmission failure. The tow truck driver Cody saw that. He tried to move it himself and saw the transmission was blown. But agreed with his higher ups. This company is full of crooks and has a very bad reputation for being protected by char meck. A simple tow done wrong had cost me my car, job, basically ruined my life.
