If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an emergency and went to the closest place to buy a tire. Unfortunately, I bought the tires from here and purchased road hazard warranty because they insisted. However, there is no pep boys around me and the closest is an hour away. My tire went flat due to a screw in it. When I went to put on a spare so that I could take the tire to pep boys, I realized my entire spare was missing. When I called to speak to the service manager Eddie Shaw, he told me that I was screwed. In those exact words. Not only did I stay 1 hour away from Pep boys my spare tire with rim was removed from my vehicle and not placed back and my road hazard warranty was useless. They didn’t offer a tow truck or to reimburse me for my road hazard warranty. He was completely rude and dismissive.

I had an appointment for tire replacement at 930. I showed up early just to see if I could get in early. They had a cancellation, moved me right up, knocked out the tires in less than an hour and had me out the door. Great service.

Good job to the staff on 5/8/22! You guys were very helpful, patient ,and kind. i will be back for four more new tires for my car Bought four brand new Cooper tires + alignment on credit , and couldnt be happier with the deal. Will give my future bisuness to Pep Boys on South Blvd

I came in a few weeks ago (South Blvd) after catching a flat tire. Nester C & Edgar R. helped me out. Nester’s customer service was amazing! He helped me find a tire within my budget that was best for my car. I had to get my car towed & he worked with me on the times that lined up with me being able to get there to pick the vehicle up. Edgar did an amazing job with my tire! Took his time and did it properly but was still quick and efficient! Both of them were an immense help! Will continue going to them for services with my vehicle! They made a stressful situation so much easier! Thanks guys!
