I had an exceptional experience with Kyle at the Happy Valley store. I'm a PhD student and I was printing a research poster for a student retreat. It was the day before my retreat (so, kind of last minute) and I sorely underestimated how long something like this takes. I went to the FedEx store next to my house (Mall 205 store), and the woman working that day said that they were understaffed and could have it by Monday at the earliest. She was very helpful and called another store of my choosing to see if they could print the poster for me sooner. I went to the Happy Valley location and was greeted by Kyle, who definitely over-delivered. I told him I needed it by the following day, he said he'd do his best to get it done ASAP but there was a bit of a queue for printing services. I went home after I put the order in and loaded the poster PDF at the store for printing, fully expecting to have to hustle into the store and then to my event the following day.. 2 hours later, Kyle called me to let me know he had finished the poster! I feel like Kyle had my back on this and understood the pressure I was under to get it printed out and accommodated me. 11/10, would go again for my printing needs and I will be suggested this service to colleagues of mine.

Went in to ship off very delicate family items. Kyle the store manager packed them nicely and with excellent care he didn't mind me watching and the store was very busy. Everything arrived in the exact condition shipped. Kyle and his team are top notch will be doing business again when I need to.

The service is not bad, but the attitude of "few friends" of an older woman than the rest of the group of workers really scares, especially when she explains something with an intimidating superiority. Could it be that they have not realized that if they do not have clients they, in general, would not have a job? Does this place need a bit of sincere kindness and smiles? Congratulations on the new location, but it would be good if they used different types of LED bulbs in the lamps, since they would still save electricity, and the clients would not feel that we are under a dark cloud.

The parking is very difficult here. The location is on a corner lot of a strip mall and the parking directly in front impedes directional parking with those facing south. If there isn't a compact car parked on the south parking areas (facing Sunnyside) then you may get your car "blocked" in if parked in the spot these my pics were taken from. (And vice versa) Be careful to use your judgement when parking close to the store. The store practices social distancing and will refuse service to those without face coverings. I only needed to drop a package off (prepaid postage) and wish there was a self service kiosk I could've utilized to obtain a receipt instead of waiting for a time consuming print job verification of the completed product with another customer. Otherwise the employee was friendly and helpful.
