This is a GREAT place! We had dinner last night for four of us, Table 801 Check #40. Matt was our server. (although I see on the receipt the name is William). First, Matt went above and beyond what a server can do. Very friendly, very accommodating. Thank you Matt, great job! We had three alcoholic drinks; four dinners, one appetizer. (try the Skinny Margarita). Total without tip $96.00. No one had a single complaint; I had the Juans Burrito Chicken and it was loaded with tender chicken and wonderful flavor; just a hint of Cilantro. The other meals were equally as good. So many choices in Keene; I'm glad we picked this one!

The best thing about this place was the flight of Margaritas and the churro dessert we got! Service was lacking food was just ok. They were definitely short handed when we ate here, bc we sat at our table for 10-15 mins before we were even approached. We would have left, but we were starving after being out all day exploring and Steve wanted Mexican for his Birthday. They messed up both our orders, but they did apologize for everything and comped the dinner meal itself, so that was something. Maybe we’d consider giving them another try if in the area again.

I want to start off by saying our server was very kind and pleasant. That’s not what my review is about. Margaritas used to be a regular go to for myself and friends. But last night was the third time we’ve had a bad experience there in the past couple of months. This one was my final straw before leaving a review. As a chain restaurant, there should be some consistency here as far as what type of meat is in your food. Last night I ordered the steak chimichanga. In the past, it’s been chunked sirloin steak. This time it was steakum like shaved beef, and frankly it was really not good at all. If I had known it was going to be that, I would have just ordered chicken. I did not bring this up to the server as 1, it’s not her fault and 2, it was very busy and I wasn’t about to take time away from others experience there. This was not the first time I’ve had meat substituted for a far less superior type. The drinks were good as usual, so I think that’s what I’ll stick to next time and get food elsewhere.

Was a regular here but lately we have been noticing a decline in the quality of the food. Our visit there today, there were empty tables everywhere but the hostess informed us there was a 20 minute wait and could she take our name and number and she would call. We sat parked for a little while until we saw a group of four young collage aged men enter and get seated immediately, we are sitting at Chili’s now enjoying a decent meal. It has been 2 1/2 hours and there has been no call from Margaritas I will never go there again
