Anything by this company would hardly be considered affordable before the Shamdemic crisis, and they still turned people down who could afford it based on ridiculous irrelevant to the present day credit situations, now they have seemingly upped their prices to the level of ridiculous only further demonstrating how terrible this company is. Why do people willingly line their pockets? Makes no sense to me.

All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and electric stove (no gas stoves). Some apartments have dishwashers. Apartments do not have built-in microwaves.
Community washers and dryers are available at the basement level of each building — open from 9 AM to 9 PM, daily. Individual apartments are not equipped with washers and dryers.
BBQ grills are provided at each property. Personal BBQ grills are prohibited on the property.
