Just as with others on here harassing me to sell my home. Illegally calling me.on my cell phone then texting me.. I have no idea who they are nor am I selling my house.. bunch of scam artists. And yes this is the right company though they used a fake n ame,Michael. The phone number if or the company matche s. Unethical business practice. Also lies and said they sold houses near me when they are all on the north shore. Stay away.

Twice I was contacted by this group wanting to buy my property. Twice they insulted my intelligence. The last time was earlier this year when their supposed expert Vinny told me that selling them my home for 150k was a good deal because I couldn't trust any of the online sources as to what my home would be worth that gave it a market value over 250k. He went further telling me the absolute best I could hope for was 200 if I let it sit out on the market long enough and that my own research and knowledge was inadequate to his own. Last week however I decided to formally list my property. It was on the market 48hours before we had an accepted offer for near double what Apex offered. I can only imagine how many this firm has swindled with their dishonest tactics. Do your own research and don't be fooled by these crooks.
