I was a regular customer at WMBS. I went there to order specialty faucet hoses back in around October last year (2021). To avoid any misunderstandings I brought with me the exact house I needed. Sale Rep said it will take few months to get them, which I presumed. I was charged right away full amount at that time. In February I received a phone call that my order is available for pick up, unfortunately there was a different finish that I ordered. Sales Rep assumed I will take whatever and tried to sell me a story that the finish I wanted is no longer available. After explaining him that the manufacturer assured me they still produce them (yes I called), SR check again and of course it was available. He said it should take about 2 weeks to have them delivered. At that time I was not informed about any price changes or additional charges for different finish or anything. Simply wait few more weeks for the right hoses to be delivered. 4 weeks later I got a call again that right items are ready for pick up and then I was charged additional 30% for different finish. Sales rep admitted that was his fault, he didn't mentioned to me in February that there will be an additional charge. He also explained that he had to cover the cost of shipping and returning the wrong item( which is not the client fault). I am happy I finally got the right items, but I am very disappointed that I have to pay for their mistakes, because I am out of time to order somewhere else. Their location is very convenient and will give WMBS another chance but if something like this happens one more time I will take my business somewhere else.

Needs to expand their inventory in more items they don't stock like 1/2"×4"/6"/8"/10"/12"×18' versateck azek composite plastic materials amoung other items. By keeping a fair commitment in material supplies can help improve your loyal customers to keep shopping at your location that can make that difference for lumberyards business! Something to think about?...

Watermill Building charged me an additional 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card. First time ever this happened to me in a store. When I inquired on it, I was told “it was a NY State COVID mandated charge. This turned out not to be true when I went home and looked it up: Each store can charge if they want which no other business establishment I know of does. Sorry to see WB do this to once loyal customers like myself

It's sad but I always feel judged / they think I'm going to steal something from them. I'm a minority that happens to own a house in Bridgehampton South. I travel the world extensively and this is just one of those places. People are not nice / have something stuck up their *****.

I think your talking about vinyl siding. I dont think they carry it. Best bet is calling S&H supply on rt 112 Medford. A lot of siding options
