Since moving to this areaAbout a week ago I have been using Duane Reade almost every day The pharmacy is fantastic The checkout experience at the main register And the customer service is the worst part about this store Zero customer service Attitude problem at the register

African American middle aged short women is rude, impolite, always in attitude, so loud, every single encounter of mine with her in the past 4 to 5 years has been terrible, which made me write this comment, audacity of this specific worker is that she is rude infront of her store manger (also African American) and she didn’t correct her. I go here because it’s less crowded (I bet why it is less crowded). She was rude to Russians who dont speak proper English, and south asians. I believe Duane read over work their employees whixh makes them grumpy
