Pharmacy Staff: Unfriendly and irresponsible drones with no integrity or empathy that have a few sentences they able to repeat. It's always like that there and is just as bad over the phone with them. I'm done giving them chances. Something is off there.

Staff very distrustful of anyone walking in store it seems. Management inept and will follow you through store. Pharmacy incredibly slow and not helpful at all. My Rite-Aid went out of business and the pharmacist told me it would take 5 weeks to get my meds. Go to a Duane Reade of Water Street. 95 Wall Street is a great store.

They are listed as a FedEx drop off. I called to make sure they still do it. The woman who answered the phone said, I can bring a box. Once I got to the store, a cashier said my box was too big. The assistant manager was no help. The manager got on the elevator and walked away. Whoever answered the phone should have said that or stop taking FedEx packages. Lousy store

One of the employees commits fraud by overcharging customers at check out, then refusing to refund you your money. She then will exchange said item she fraudulently put on your total for an item she truly wants. Do not believe any employee when they say they cannot refund you your money, nor ever accept Walgreens cash as an alternative (she doesn't actually give you the cash either). Be sure to check the total before you pay- she absolutely has done it before and will do it again. Also, check your Walgreens account to make sure she did not re-charge you after you leave. She will put her card information on the exchange so any refund offered later will go to her. Do not go to this location unless you want to be a victim of fraud.
