Showed up today for my COVID booster shot appointment. The pharmacy was closed and a printed sign that it wouldn't be open for the day. I'm frustrated that my time was wasted and no one bothered to even send out an automated cancelation or offer to reschedule my appointment. Management needs to do better when things arise that lead to the pharmacy closing for the day. EDIT: Same thing happened to my friend a few weeks later, except now there's a sign that says it's just closed. Absolutely try to call the pharmacy first if you're trying to make an appointment because otherwise you'll end up wasting your time.

The managers and all the staff are terrible. There's one exception, Ysabelle. She is great, friendly and believes in good service.
