It was good at first but now that they know my car because I come often , they don’t put forth the same effort as when I was a first time customer . They open the trunk and wait til your not looking to just bypass and they don’t even vacuum it. Could be better if they applied same work and effort to all cars .

I’ve been a customer at Summit Team Car Wash for years now. And I have always been satisfied with their services, this is my go to car wash, and I hardly ever go anywhere else. Never had any complaints. Recently, I had decided to get a interior detail, and was extremely impressed by the job. Unfortunately, I have my car tinted and there was a minor scratch on the windshield. I called the manager at this location, his name is Matt, and see if he could do anything. So of course he said yes and tried to take a look at it and see if there was anything he could do. Unfortunately he couldn’t, but after investigating the incident. They decided to bump it up and offer me a new tint so that I could receive my car the way I had it. I don’t really think the service could have gotten any better than that. Matt is an extremely helpful person and he helps you with any concern you have. He also treats you as if you matter and your concerns are serious. Unlike other places where they could have just let me go and say nothing could have been done. He communicated with me everyday to see what was going on with the investigation and not leaving me hanging at all. Definitely recommend getting your washes and any other services at Summit Team Car Wash.

I have been coming here for about 4 years since when it was Summit Car Wash. The old owner was great and my car always looked like new. I wasn't too sure when Summit changed to Team Car Wash but decided to give it a try. At first I was very impressed that the quality of the car wash was just as good, I decided to buy the monthly package. I purchased the Shine and Protect package, after a few washes decided the Works Package was a better deal. The first sign of an issue was when I asked them to make sure that the back seat was vaccuumed well since there was a lot of dog hair on the back of the seat. The first time nothing had been done, so I asked a 2nd time, no change (NO CHANGE like it hadn't even been done at all). Finally by the 3rd time I complained to the manager who did the vaccumming himself while I had to wait 15 minutes. I went there yesterday because my mats were full of mud. When I went to get into the car the back and trunk mats were still muddy. When I asked about it they said my package no longer covered the back and trunk mats but they would do them this time, next time it would be an extra cost. I pay $49.95 a month for unlimited washes and they no longer do my back mats! Really! So I decided to take a look at the car more closely to see how well it was done. You can see by the below pictures not to good. Once my month is up I am cancelling my package and am going to try Madison car wash. I think it is probably worth the extra 10 minute drive. I do want to say that the employees work hard and are very kind. It seems like maybe the new owner has given them a time limit to get people in and out, resulting in low quality.

I just absolutely love this place. I am a monthly member here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Carolina and Marta have become friends and I am so happy to see them every time I check in.
