First time shopper, usually shop online but wanted to find an establishment that was local to me for quick pick ups. Went to grab front and rear wipers for my 2015 Ford Focus around 8am 5/5. Was recommended a set from the associate at the counter. I went back on 5/6 around 6pm and was met by the same associate when I went to return the blades. Was not really concerned that the wrong blades were sold to me, just wanted to swap them for the appropriate ones. The same associate asked for my receipt which I lost and then he asked if I had a phone number, which he did not offer to make an account with on 5/5. I would have been happy to spend more money on the right parts, but there was nothing they could do to help me. So I was out $50.00 and the parts I needed, which were recommended by the associate. So even though he admitted to recognizing me and admitted he did not make an account, I was SOL. I was never told about this policy, just a lazy employee ruining it for everyone else. I easily spend $2000 on car supplies a year. Its unfortunate to have an interaction with a company which operates on customer service tactics from 30 years ago. Amazon it is.

Went to the southern artery store in quincy ma, the kind older lady was so pleasant and professional. I now made it my store. I love when you are greeted with a hello and a smile. Give that lady a raise and may God bless her. AMEN.

Helpful staff, organized store. About what you would expect, nothing extraordinary, but nothing really to complain about. Overall 4 out 5. This is good for people who know what they want, or know what to ask for. Not the best place if your looking for advice.

Friendly guys behind the counter. I went to buy replacement wipers. They installed the front and back wipers for me for free! Easy enough to do, I know. But uncommon these days... I will be going to this store for all my automotive parts needs from now on!

I don't think they do I've never seen them do it don't get me wrong they have a great crew but if you're going to try do it early in the day that's when they're most experience crew works late at night no chance trust me
All employees wearing masks, Sheila's in front of registers along with tables to keep you 6ft away. Sanitizer available on the checkout counter.
