Showed up 15 minutes before closing time. Store employee (owner?) decided to close early - literally shut the door in my face and locked it as I was walking in. No apology or explanation as to why they were closing early. Have been there before. No customer service whatsoever. I don’t think they even want anyone to shop in this store.

Came in at 10 minutes before closing. Will helped me figure out what I needed to install a new door knob. It worked great. He was a big help. My daughter needed the door knob fixed and because of Will I was the hero. Thank you Will and the Saunders family
