I had a back injury after the emergency room they asked me for follow-up with my pcp l call mattapan center for a follow up they call me back 2 months later and the lady was so mean I couldn't even book the appointment with her. is really ashamed I have been a patient for NP Simon for more than 10 years and people were very nice back on the day. They need to do something because it's community center not jungle .

Do NOT GO HERE WORST CLINIC EVER THE WAIT TIME TAKES LONG THE DOCTORS ARE ALWAYS BEING SWITCH DUE TO THEM NO LONGER WORKING AT THE CLINC AND TO TOO IT OFF DO NOT DROP OFF ANY PAPER WORK BECAUSE THEY WILL LOOSE IT

So i called two days ago my baby is screaming she is 6 months old and we go there I'm calling because my baby seems like she has an ear infection the reception's takes my message and marked it as Urgent Still NO call back TWO days still NO and I Called again the next morning and Still Call Back emergency room here we come They are the worst its clear if u are not Haitian or decent You Will not Get the Help You Need I SWEAR I THOUGHT IT WAS MATTAPAN COMMUNITY HEALTH!!!! NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY HOW SAD 🤦🏾‍♀🤦🏾‍♀🤦🏾‍♀
