I don't know where to begin I can tell you I know why Carol has been in business for 40 years she is the most nicest business owner I have ever met from the time I walked in the door and met her until the time I left she is unbelievable she is so nice and so patient and extremely helpful she will not sell you anything just to make a sale you have to like it she basically has to like it on you she is just unbelievable the most honest person I have ever met that runs a business not to mention she's a very very caring person I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a wig to please go and see Carol at carols wig shop before you go anywhere else you will definitely be happy and satisfied she makes you so comfortable and I feel like I've known her for years and I just met her the day that I went in there I really have to give her a 5 plus. I've been getting my wigs from Carol's for the past two years and I have been very happy with all aspects. First of all, Carol is kind, caring and professional. She is accepting and casts no judgement. Her help and advice has been extraordinary. When we pick a wig, she will tell me if it fits my face correctly and others that we try she will say no, it is not the right choice. More importantly, when she says it not the right choice, she will explain why it is not the right fit for my looks. I appreciate that a lot! I have been very happy with the wigs I have purchased. The quality is very good and more importantly, they stay nice (with appropriate care). Yesterday I purchased my 4th wig from Carol (and it looks terrific)! I wear a wig everyday and I like to switch my looks so having several gives me the flexibility to match my looks with what I am wearing everyday.
