No attempt to make friends with our large pup. Vet insisted we place a muzzle on her because of her size which was fine but even after the muzzle she was cold to my pup who wasn't a threat. We later needed to make an urgent visit because she was ill and they wouldn't see her until we gave her anxiety medication, which delayed a visit. We took her to Pet Medic instead, no medicine or muzzle and they couldnt stop saying how sweet she was. A little bedside manner goes along way.

I take all of my animals to Huron Vet, they are accommodating and professional. We have been clients of Dr. Ulrich for ~13 years and have 6 animals who are all getting older with varying health issues. He is kind and compassionate to all of our animals and doesn’t try to upsell services like some of the large corporate pet hospitals. The practice is very busy but they are always accommodating and responsive to our pets needs. Would not go anywhere else for regular vet care. They do not hesitate to refer to specialists for something that they feel they don’t specialize in. We love the whole team at Huron Vet❤️

It can be so hard to find a vet to trust with the care of your pet. We lucked out with Huron, as they were one of the first places we visited and we could not have found anywhere better. We love every vet here, as well as the fantastic support staff. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and truly empathetic. The take great care of our little guy, and they do fantastic education to help us be the best owners we can be. If you’re able to make this place your vet, you absolutely should.
