Very satisfied by the Melrose clinic's accommodating our rather particular need to have our dog's shot updated to be able to fly. We literally searched all nearby options. Very polite and friendly staff. Appointment with our vet met our expectations and we are happy to have chosen this animal clinic to take care of our dog.

Great doctors and staff. Attentive, kind, great with animals. Fast turn around times. Loved the cat annex area so the cats can be separate from other animals. My cats rated the experience 0/5 but I overruled them.

The staff was so friendly and comforting. This was our first vet visit with our new puppy and they made us and our pup feel safe and taken care of. I appreciated that all care decisions were explained fully so we could make informed decisions about the best options for our family

Everyone that I have interacted with at this clinic has been wonderful. They are very patient and accommodating especially when scheduling appointments and answering questions. Dr. Surgan has been treating my elderly, fussy cats for several years, and she has met their approval! =^..^= I can not say enough good things about this welcoming place or the caring and compassionate people who work here.
