I bought an entry level bike from this store and purchased the Domane AL3. Love the bike! Long story short I had a problem with the freehub around 600 miles or so. I've been back 3 times trying to resolve this issue because it wouldn't do it all the time. I really appreciate them fixing the problem. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend anyone to get a bike here.

It's nice having a full service Trek dealer near by for parts and tech. The staff is knowledgeable and all appeared to be bikers. They let me test ride anything out in the side lot. I bought a Dual Sport 2. The tech fixed a spongy hydro and installed my new grips and kickstand right there. It's a smooth machine, you can't get this at Wally-World.

I just dropped in to look around then wound up test riding three bikes. The staff I spoke with was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. I recommend this shop without hesitation. I don't know anything about the quality of their mechanical service.

Unfortunately, we do not install conversion kits at this time, nor do we really recommend converting bikes as their breaking system and wheels were not originally designed for the speed and torque of the electric motor. We do have the Trek Powerfly electric Mountain Bike in stock as well as some of the all new Dual Sport + electric bikes along with a wide variety of other pedal assist e-bikes. If you're interested in any of those, feel free to stop on in and check them out and take them for a spin. We are here 7-days a week.
Randy, The Trek Powerfly is a E-Mountain Bike and would be an entry level pedal assist Mountain Bike that has a current MSRP of $3,849.99 Though our Entry Level e-bikes would start at our cruiser style e-bikes, the Electra Townie Cruiser Go! single speed e-bike and those have a current MSRP of $1,549.99.
