Let’s start with the good. The hotel is worth staying at for 2 reasons. The customer service was really good and the bar area had good food and good drinks. Servers were great. Now for the bad . Let me say this was my experience and does not necessarily mean you should not stay here. It’s centrally located and nice bars near by. The first room they gave me was horrible, handicapped room , smelled mold and sewage and dirty. Room located above trash compactor and at corner of building next to busy street. When the bars let out it was horrible. You can hear every car. Second room the cleaning was incomplete. Dirty custodian towel let behind and someone’s cell phone. There was a huge I mean huge crack in the ceiling that felt very unsafe.3rd room was much better , shown below. I’d stay here again but never on the lower floors on the East side of the building. Stay higher floors and no handicapped rooms unless you need it! Finally I will say again the customer service was good they refunded hotel fees and gave me enough vouchers for the bar and restaurant that I basically ate free each night. Well not free but close. So that made up for it.

My mother stayed in this room for 2 nights. The front desk guided them to a place to park that was not very handicapped accessible. They did move the car to the front of the hotel where the handicap parking spaces were available. Rooms were nice. It was not explained how to get to the top floor via the elevator. Overall comfortable and accommodating staff.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The floor we were on was nice, there were no people hollering nor kids running up and down the halls. The breakfast was good. The buffet was not available, but the menu had good options.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had a wonderful stay. Parking downtown can be a hassle, but they make it easy and have access to many spots. The bar and lounge were wonderful and again staffed with friendly faces. The room was cleanly kept and felt comfortable. Great stay!
