This company was ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone EVER!!!!! We were quoted 15-20 minutes we ultimately waited over 2hours without them ever coming and at that point they also stopped answering our phone calls!! Awful and nasty. The two gentlemen who came today for assessing replacing the lock on my door were friendly and efficient. The quote was $400.00 for the service and I thought that was too high and declined replacelment. The girl who called me later on the phone from Key Me had a gutter nasty attitude. Her voice was distant and extremely soft with rapid speech, and not professional enough. I could not hear her, but explained that I was no longer in need of service and thanked her. She just hung up while I was talking. Not only will I not recommend this company to anyone else: I will share my experience of poor over-the -phone customer service with many people.Hi bae, thanks for letting us know about this issue.
