Beautiful campground right on lake Erie. Grassy sites with full hookups. Water pressure was low. Unfortunately we had to give up our stay bc there is no phone signal or Internet access for us to work.

My husband and I stayed at Virginia's beach this past weekend! We could not have had a better place to spend our Anniversary weekend in Erie! The deluxe lake front cottage was beyond our expectations, the views were out of this world, the sunset on Friday night was stunning, the walks on the private beach were awesome, the hospitality was GREAT ! We will not hesitate to come back and if we moved our phones around enough we were even able to have a little service. We are already trying to make plans to come back up for a weekend visit even in a tent if have to! Thank you for an amazing anniversary weekend getaway!

Good, well kept camping ground. Would definitely go again. The RV/camper sites are in the grass with lakeview. The campgrounds are shaded in wooded area. Relatively clean and well kept bathhouse. There is no beach area/beach access. There is a boat ramp where you can hangout/watch the sunset.

The name of this place should be Karen’s Campground. We weren’t happy campers. My family made reservations in February for three lakefront campsites and a cabin. We thought we would all be together for our one week family camping vacay. Instead, our two nieces, that had planned to be in a cabin beside us, had to travel back and forth all week with three 12 month olds because the owners did not honor their request to be in one of the cabins beside us. They were placed in a house 1/4 mile away that was located before you even enter into the campground. In addition, there is no beach here. The water front has a very industrial look. It is made up of very large concrete blocks that act as a dangerously high retaining wall. The campsites themselves were nice enough but there is terrible internet, very low water pressure and outdoor carpet is not allowed. The carpet is not too big of a deal except they mow daily, and of course, this gets tracked into your RV. Also, we paid extra to have a tent on our site and were made to move it three times during the week so it wouldn’t kill their grass. The owners seem to like their grass more than their patrons. In summary, the view was nice but the management was not.

There is a boat ramp. When we were there last summer the water level was extremely high, so no beach. It was beautiful, though. Bathroom yucky. Lots of room for kids to play. No Wi-Fi. Front row is waterfront but back row has a wonderful view.
