I honestly couldn’t be happier. All the staff and my recruiter Sara, have been so amazing, and nice! They are willing to give me a chance with no tanker experience after just getting my endorsement and I’m so excited to start! Everyone there seems so nice :-) UPDATE: So far it’s been about three months that I have been here everybody from office staff to your driver managers are extremely friendly and supportive they truly want you to succeed they provide safe and comfortable equipment they also provide good miles I’ve run from New Jersey to California 98% of it is no touch I’m really happy to call GTS home -Corey trk-1120

The shop is great lack of communication with everyone else they never give you the right pickup time and they don't want truck driver they won't steering wheel holders

My husband worked here for 3 months and I rode with him. He recently left due to a family sickness/ emergency. Everyone there made him feel at home and were very honest people. Tony A., Amy A., Tony H., Bob and Bill were the best people if you had problems. Benefits are awesome. They give you everything that you are promised. The only downfall was not enough miles at times, layovers while waiting to be unloaded/ loaded and communication could have been better with dispatch especially on weekends. If he ever decides to return, he was told he would be welcomed. You do not find this very often.

Gts obsessed with how much money they spend trk had 2 bad tires 1 down 2 wear bars head of maintenance argued the point not allowed 2 even change a headlight requested 2 wear annoying shirts all the time I drive a truck 4 45 years now because of the freedom it gives me it seems ur micro managed here don't know what they are but trucking company is questionsble
Same as every company. Follow precautions, see a doctor or go to the hospital if you show symptoms. Beyond that, there's really not much they can do. When it's over, we can all go back to being pigs again.
You need 1 year any cdl class a experience and this is a food grade tank company. The will train you if you don't have tanking experience.
You just have to sign a sheet of paper that's says what kind of animal you have. Dogs are allowed if 40 pounds or less and cats are allowed if they are declawed. There is a 250$ deposit that you have to pay in 50$ increments

You will get stuck up in the northeast pulling your hair out listening to the constant BEEPING caused by the foolish/dangerous wingman system on the trucks. All while the dispatchers play favorites with a very few select amount of drivers that will get all the California runs
It was great when they were just starting up, they would pay a penny more than IRT then IRT would bump them a penny etc... we got like 3 penny raises in 6 months
You will bounce from Peterbilt dealer to Peterbilt dealer because the trucks are ALWAYS having REGEN issues because there is a penny pinching bean counter in the office that "thinks" he knows how to set up a truck, but the way he has the trucks set up is strictly for fuel mileage only, they are severely underpowered and slowwww. So that cannot breath/operate properly, causing the DPF filters to continuously get clogged up.
