Well this was a real disappointment. I guess the young lady in the office didn't want to work.We had an appointment to see a 10x10 space. It must have been about 95degrees . so after waiting for her.She finally got up . She was really bothered about something because she walked us all the way to the spot seeing me carrying my friends oxygen tank which was quite a distance .she didn't even bother giving us a ride to the spot . She was something we did not expect very unhelpful.did not say a word . I put one star in order to let you guys know what expect at this place. Deserves no star.

The location is closed despite it saying that it is open by both Google and the Public Storage call center. I wasted 2 hours waiting for the property manager to show up and they never did, and she refused to pick up the phone when I called for more information. Terrible service, would not recommend.

Nyssa was very helpful explaining to me about the prices , very respectful and polite. Explaining me the difference of the storage and guide me to a size of storage for my stuff. Well respect greeted me once I walk in.
