I don't think I've ever been at a store with better customer service. At One Stop Lighting, the staff are all super friendly and they bend over backwards to accommodate your every need, including showing you options based on your design style, and even giving me a basic education on LED to inform a lot of lighting decisions in my home when we did construction. They have an excellent variety and I've gotten so much there, from pendants to vanity lights to under-the-counter-lights to chandelier crystals and bulbs! I don't usually write reviews, but my experience today compelled me to- I wanted to buy two more of a bulb I was already using, but when I installed them, they seemed a slightly different shade, which could likely be because my original bulb was older/in use for a while! When I brought them back to the store, wondering if I had gotten the wrong ones, they instantly gave me three new bulbs, free of charge. It is always a pleasure to shop at OSL!
