Most unfriendly lab I ever experienced.

Terrible customer service. There are new places that have way better process and service. Go anywhere else and do not Support this company anymore. We had an appointment, line is terribly long, no way you can actually talk to anyone so don’t think about it. There are new places in the area that are fast and less arrogant in how they deal with clients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In spite of the horrible reviews I went here anyways. Wait time is an hour and a half even though you have an appointment. The lobby is full of people and they only allow 3 people inside. So you are waiting in the hall. My doctor told me I didn’t need my paperwork because it was sent directly. Quest is so archaic they wouldn't let me email the paperwork to them and I had to return home to get it and wait all over again.

Just completed an appointment at the Rolling Oaks location. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, I got there at 8:30 am, signed in and was called back at 9:00 am. I have to say that just about everyone in the waiting room had some kind of issue trying to check in- the end result was that they were either not reading or not following directions. There were people being nasty to the security guard and nasty to the technicians. I'm glad that I don't work in a retail or direct public facing job. I'm still shocked. I'm a baby when it come to giving blood- I hate needles and explained this to the tech that helped me. Her name was Hannah and she was professional, quick and very comforting, checking in with me from the first needle stick until the band-aid was on my arm. I hope that I was there on an off day, as it seems these poor staff take quite a beating.

No they don't answer and its super annoying
You have to make a appointment
how do you set-up an appointment? Why is this not available on their website? This is so confusing?
No. I prefer Biotek Laboratory. They are nextdoor to Quest. Biotek follows all safe procedures. They are friendly and kind, which goes a long way when you're sick. They practice safe distancing and abide by all protective gear protocol. They are always professional.
