One of the Tampa drivers hit and destroyed our mail box speeding through the neighborhood. We didn’t even order anything! She was on video ring door bell admitting on the phone with her supervisor letting us know she hit the mail box as well. She waited until I got home since I was around the corner. Report filed on both ends with their 800 number and have yet to be reimbursed for our mail box a month later. Emails ignored calls ignored! Thanks for the amazing service... not!

Ordered work boots which were suppose to be here monday July 29th. I haven't received them yet because one of your employees stole them. Amazon issued me a refund. Never again. Better do a check on your workers.

Who ever the delivery driver is for inletbay apt in st pete? Should be fired right now! Everyone that lives here are posting every day that the driver on this route is just dropping packages off at random apartments?...PLEASE FIRE THIS DRIVER NOW!!!! SO WE CAN START ORDERING AGAIN. Also take photo of apartment door number instead of photo of package in front of door, all 500 doors look the same here.

I absolutely love Amazon Delivery! My items are always delivered to me, and delivered to me intact when they are delivered! I cannot say the same thing about #USPS; they just lost another one of mine. In any event, I wish that I could all of the sellers to utilize different shipping methods; including, Amazon Shipping! Thanks so much for making a bit easier for some of us that just can't get into the store all of the time. :^)
