I have been trying to contact this clinic for 2 days. There is no one answering the phone. This morning 1/6/21 I was on the phone for 47 minutes, no one answers at all. This is terrible. How can you care for people and they cannot reach their clinicians or the secretary. If no is there, then there should be an some notification of this fact. other wise this is just PISS POOR customer service.

Worst hospital ever. The receptionists at the pediatric section should learn the human health care communication.. they are so rude. Anyway I’ll change the hospital right after the review.

MGH generally have a very bad patient experience but my experience at Chelsea on the 15th of Nov at 6:39pn was worse. I visited their lab for a blood work. The only lady that was available to help me did not know what she was doing neither could she communicate in English properly. If you are going to employ someone who doesn’t speak English very well, at least make sure you always have someone who can help translate. That was not even my concern. My annoyance was that she refused to help me after I drove 1 hour to get there. She claimed she couldn’t find any vein after trying just one time. I told her to try again but she refused and was speaking in a language I couldn’t understand. She started getting upset and called security Since I was insisting for her to try again. This lady literally refused to help me and I had to leave. She kept saying come back tomorrow like I’m jobless and have all the time in the world to drive to Chelsea for a bloodwork.

Who work at the reception in the children's section (pediatric)don’t pay attention to me and to my question when you talk to them instead to answer They speak Spanish with each other and laugh !!! there is a doctor E. Budge like them speak Spanish to his nurse he did not improve my child's treatment.
