We truly enjoy our dinner there. Nice atmosphere, delicious food, amazing service. Our server Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Another server Yvon is super attentive as well. He also help us whenever he pass by. My favorite is the citrus and Tarragon desert. It is like deconstructed key lime pie with yuzu flavor instead. It is delightful! Maybe some ppl might find the food is a little pricey. But giving the fact it is in such a beautiful resort, the price is matching disney signature restaurant is acceptable. If u don’t stay in the resort, u can go a little early and tour around the hotel. It is very pretty with the ocean front

"6 Stars" While entertaining a friend from out of town we stopped by the Don Cesar where Peter the manager greeted and seated us professionally. Don, our server took us on a culinary journey, paired with wine that was absolutely excellent. The steak was one of the best cuts I have ever enjoyed in a restaurant. Peter stopped by several times checking on us and noticed him visiting every table in restaurant. I suggest anyone visiting St. Pete Beach to stop by the Don Cesar, ask for Peter, the host stand is right by the front door! And enjoy one of the best restaurants in St. Petersburg! Thanks to Peter and his team, they truly exceeded our dining expectations.

Absolutely worth my 5's! The Don Cesar hotel is one of the most charming and peaceful stays in the St. Petersburg area. During my last visit, the hotel itself was undergoing a massive exterior restoration and now looks more beautiful than ever. Inside Florida's 'Pink Palace', the Maritana restaurant is always a must in each visit. The Maritana is partially indoor, part outdoor but I must say, the outdoor setting is definitely the better selection (If the weather permits). The patio offers a beautiful view overlooking both the pool, and the ocean; Most evenings, guests have the option to enjoy the ideal romantic ambiance with lounge seating around a glass firebox, beautiful twinkle accent lighting, and relatively quiet environment. In my visits, I've noticed that the Maritana rotates menu items (maybe seasonally?), and I always keep a lookout for their calamari and filet mignon. I've never been disappointed in my dinner selections here. Overall, the Maritana is definitely one of my top 3 favorite dining locations in St. Petersburg because of it's scenery & location at the tip of the St. Pete peninsula. Will definitely be back to visit!

What a wonderful experience! The service was friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection and the server was able to recommend the perfect pairing. They say you get what you paid for, in this case, it's true! I look forward to my next visit!
