Have been bringing all my cars to Chris and his crew for several years now. Work is too-notch. They always do an incredible job and make sure to explain everything in great detail. Even when I had an issue with my remotes not working after my battery died, they were able to reset my alarm and reconnect my remotes. Very thankful and will continue going there.

I rate Can You Hear It Audio, Inc. for car's detail works on my vehicle a low rating. After 3 hours of their detail works before I return to pick it up, the result came to disappointed. It was my first time experience having the company doing the detail work on my vehicle. Since I can do the detail work on my own. I've no time to do it, that why I've decide to have the company do it for me. I figured pick this place for two reasons, first reason are the coupon deals and the high rating customers review. After return and observed around my vehicle from inside and outside, it turn out more likely they only clean the car instead of doing the DETAILS??? Since I have ordered a supreme details works, I expect them do the total DETSILS WORK. First thing I noticed outside of my vehicle is that they did the hand wax job but number of scratch is still there. I expected most of the scratch to be clear but NOOO???? Secand, I noticed back and front of the polycarbonate bumpers not completely polish to shine towards every corners. Third, all windshield were terrible not pro clean properly. I can still see the wiping mark on every windshields??? After the first three things I've noticed from the outside of the vehicle, I figure the inside would be a problem also. Because I can tell who ever the detailer guys were, were NOT a pro. It turnout I was right. They did not vacuum the floor carpeting very well. Because dirt is still at every corner and some other area they seem don't want to further reach the difficult area. It seemed like they either had a lousy vacuum machine or had it done as quick job. They did manage to soap wash the floor carpet and mat which did manage to get rid of a minor odor but why are there still pieces of dirt still left there??? Next thing I noticed, they did a poor interior cleaning job. They did clean the easy area such as dashboard, steering wheel or the handbreak area but not the thinnest hard to reach area??? I still see unclean air vent and some other area near the seats not wipe clean. They did manage to clean all the doors jams area but not the hatchback jams area at all... WHY??? The conclusion, I rate like 40% they did the job while the rest of 60% they did NOT do the job right or never have it done. It is sad to say, I may be trick with the customers review and paid less Groupon deal for the losy detail works. P.S. after the next day, I end up finish up the rest of the detail work, I happened to noticed one of the snap clip for the plastic part which attach over the metal and carpet is missing. What more will I find something Can You Hear It Audio, Inc. have done wrong???
