I have been coming here regularly (at least once a week) to ship items I have sold. The main woman who works here is the nicest postal worker I've ever met. Always greets her customers with a smile, provides all information/options, and says thank you. I've also never had to wait to be helped. Such a nice change from the main branches. If you are needing regular postage/shipping needs, go here. If you're needing a special service, just drive the extra 5 minutes south to the main Clearwater branch. I think people have gotten so used to convenience that they forget not every business can do everything they're wanting. That's life people, and they have legal restrictions on what they can and can't do. However, I sincerely appreciate the kind, quick service given here.

Very rude! The man removed the label from my package and put the package in a bag without saying a word to me! He didn't ask or suggest, he just ripped it off and switched it, stating he thought I would like it better. It is not HIS job to decide how MY package should look when being sent when there is no regulatory problem with it. I have mailed many before the same way with no problems or changes. Very demeaning and belittling, especially since he didn't change anything for the MAN who mailed a package right before me.

I had multiple packages to send out and when I first went I was helped by the lady who was extremely nice. We worked in a system and got it done quick with no issues and i only had to pay 3 dollars. The 2nd time I went (with less packages) the man helped me and was completely rude. He told me I needed to package it before I came because they didn't want to use their tape to add my shipping labels. My packages are all different sizes and I didn't even know which to grab or use because the eBay shipping options are very confusing. Not only was he rude but he used all the expensive packaging and charged me $14 for less items than the first time I went. I will definitely be going to a different one next time where they don't complain about their "tape" when I pre paid over 200 dollars of shipping alone.
