This place has been going strong for 50 years. They have a great lunch menu and awesome drinks. Best damn Cole slaw I ever had better than My mom's. Thanks and kudos to AL Mike Chris Stephanie and Tom you will feel like family here.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today at Capogna's Dugout. Normally, we frequent this restaurant for dinner, much to my surprise it was just as good has dinner. The bugers were of generous proportion, the fries hot and crispy, and the service fast and friendly. Totally cost of a meal for two $24, not bad! We will return soon.

Capogna’s is the REAL DEAL. Great environment - friendly and feels like home. Awesome food!! Almost fifty years old because they make a real product and it’s damn good. Come for beer stay for great sports viewing and awesome memorabilia.

The hefty plate of nachos consisted of some type of chip that the dollar store would find insulting. Cheese that hardened so bad you needed a pizza cutter to get through it. I asked the bartender what type of meat was in it (like we should really have to ask)...she ...without batting an eye said sausage and meatball..😳. Now I'm all about sausage and meatballs, but this offering was not it. The smattering of whole tomatoes, jalapeños, and black olives were almost palatable. Okay...now the So- called Hot Wings.... I love a full wing or leg sometimes, but I guess the chicken wing embargo has made its way to Clearwater. First...there where no wings. Only drumsticks with the fried fat flap hanging off the side to perhaps resemble a wing. Medium sauce selection was bland and probably used to hide the fact that it wasn't a wing...or maybe even chicken 🤔 Dry and un appetizing is an understatement. Moral of the story....should have taken the previous bartenders suggestion to go for the cheesy garlic bread appetizer. 🙄. Always ask and perhaps take their recommendation. 😁 Bon Appétit... Great servers though.👍
