Awesome experience! My AC stopped working late Tuesday night. I called Bay Area when they opened Wednesday morning and they were able to get someone out same day. Luckily it was a minor repair and they had the parts on the truck to fix the issue and get my unit cooling again. In total, it was very reasonable pricing and the tech that performed the work was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommended Bay Area for AC repair.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a problem today. The office staff was amazing! Super friendly she took all of my info and quickly dispatched a technician. Called in late Sat. Steve was here within 45 min. Checked out all systems on our A/C Quickly identified several issues. Double checked and repaired. I was most impressed with the fact they came out on Sat late afternoon. And most of all Steve was efficient, smart and a really nice guy. Like the sign on there truck. "Got to love there technicians

Keith called ahead and arrived on time. He listened to exactly what we wanted. After a short but thorough check of the system he diagnosed the issue and offered us both repair and replacement options. He was polite and personable. Him being a veteran gave us an added sense of comfort. We came out of this with the most favorable feeling I could have spending that much money. Every company needs a Keith.
