Food was well-prepared and very good. Service was good. Lobby was very dirty. Strangely, two of the menu board TVs weren't working, so we kinda had to guess on kid's meals.

Worst experience ever. They didn't get our order right. Put in wrong burger, didn't give us a 4 piece chicken nugget, missed giving us 2 fries, gave us jalapeno bites instead of mozza sticks and didn't add sauces that we requested and would not answer their phone when we tried to call back. On a 16 hour trip and wouldn't recommend ever stopping here.

Took almost 4 minutes to get noticed at the front counter floors were nasty in kitchen and dinning room gentleman took my order then went to bathroom and the cook had to tray it up and hand it to me 5 staff on clock the store should not look like that for how slow they were

I should be eating my sandwich instead I have time to write a review because this is just nasty and unacceptable 🤢. The center is not cooked you would have to know it’s not cooked when you pulled it out the oil and most likely it was stuck to another piece. What’s wrong with the people working at this place?
