I needed an AC inspection at a vacant property and called Integrity this morning and their tech came out this afternoon! Very impressed with the prompt service! I can honestly say this is the first AC company that has ever sent pics of the guts of the condenser, their equipment hooked up to it and the readings on their meters! Wow! That's a first for me and I will definitely continue to use them! A+ service!

Lori and Brandon give the type of customer service you usually only get with a self owned business like this one. Both were personable, professional, informative and lived up to the business name. Brandon not only came late on a Monday, but stood out in the pouring rain to fix my air conditioner so I wouldn’t have to go another day without it. They are top notch!

My AC was down for 3 days. I called integrity for service . Their tech (Rafael) came to our home explained everything he was going to do along with the cost involved. Some parts had to be picked up at the supplier which he did And kept me up to date all along the way! Bottom line, fast ,expert & honest service !!!

Integrity is the best company. The tech showed up on time and found the issue from a previous services call. He promptly fixed it at no charge. I'll recommend them to anyone needing A/C SERVICE. Thanks!

Despite what you may have seen or heard, there is no hard and fast rule that says if your house is a certain square footage, you need a certain sized HVAC system. The size of your system will depend greatly on where you live and the construction of your home. Having said that, 1 ton of air conditioning is generally enough to cool 400-500 square feet.
Integrity AC is proud to offer HVAC services to residential and commercial buildings in the Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach Valrico, Bradenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Sarasota, and the St. Petersburg areas of Florida.
Without a doubt, the most important thing you can do to improve efficiency is to regularly replace your return filters. You can also close your drapes or curtains during warm days to block out the radiant heat coming in from the windows during the summer months, and be sure to winterize your doors and windows during the winter months to keep the heat in.

This will obviously depend greatly on your personal preferences and the time of year, but generally speaking, average temperature settings range from 75-80 degrees in the summer and 70-74 in the winter.
