I worked at Folsom through a staffing agency. Context: I missed 2 days in 7 weeks, contacted the appropriate people to do so, and given permission. I'd never complained, even when I was ALWAYS asked to unload trucks, despite there being several other very capable people to ask. About 20 trucks within 7 weeks. I passed the 1600unit "quota" nearly everyday. I successfully trained 3 people. I was sent to "unload a truck" and instead ended up packing clothes. I felt I wasn't doing the best I could, and asked my supervisor if someone more suitable was available. I continued as a picker the rest of the day. They called my staffing agency and said that because my "production FOR THE DAY" made them "unhappy" and weren't "pleased", I was terminated from my assignment with the staffing company. More context: People drink on the job and reek of alcohol as they pass you, a women gave oral sex to someone, and they ALL still have their job. Unbelievable. Horrible higher up staff, Georgia is awful. William is very helpful. Angela is also great. Would not recommend working there unless it's a dire situation.

This company seems it may be a good job once you are hired on from the temp agency. The pay is low around $9. Per hour and when start you only work 5.5hrs per day. Then after a couple weeks or sooner if u work hard you can work 8hr days but no ot. Spherion inc. The temp agency i work for offers a bennefit package, its expensive$90 wk. But if u have no ins, and you have issues that need addressed its worth it. The wharehouse is not climate controlled, you sweat buckets all day long. I work 12.30 -9pm and must drink 2 gallons of h2o to keep from being dehydrated. The work is not difficult, but you are on your feet and walking almost non stop. I cant say that i would recommend working here yet, i am still getting acclimated to working in the heat. Only thing that i can say is that if you have made mistakes in your past, been arrested or done prison time they will give you a chance. If you are trying to turn your life around and can live on 9.hr this would be good.

this place is filled with drug addicts and alcoholics. the managers have been warned and continue to allow these people to work. I highly recommend looking for other distributors!!!
