Dr Saldin was recommended to us by a friend. My husbands neck caused him excruciating pain. He’d had this for several years. He had had 5 motorcycle wrecks and done iron work and is 66 yrs old and still working. He never slept at night and had no relief. He told me he couldn’t live like this anymore. We had to fight to get a referral out of our area to go there because the Drs we had seen gave him no relief. This amazing Dr was so thorough and took time to explain his situation. My husband refuses to take pain pills, He did a procedure to deaden the damaged nerves. It was in the office and took a half hour, he was awake. He told him exactly how long it would take to kick in. Within a couple weeks he had no pain for the first time in years. It’s been over 6 months and it was amazing. His right shoulder was also a mess and got worse and he referred him to Dr Donovan. Once again, amazing Dr, right up front with his situation. He had a reverse shoulder replacement. He was outpatient, explained everything and his rehab time. It’s been 6 weeks, he’s been up and working since a week after surgery. These Drs and their staff are beyond helpful. They did everything to push things through. It’s so nice to walk in and be greeted and feel so comfortable! We would recommend these Doctors and their staff to anyone! Happy pain free husband!

Cannot say enough about Dr. Hayes & his team/surgical team. Before I came to Elite, I had pretty much given up. I had 5 previous lumbar fractures that were treated @ another clinic, & that clinic really did not give me any hope. When I came to Elite, I was in a lot of pain. I found out that I had 3 more fractures, & I was just frustrated. Dr. Hayes' assistant told me not to worry, they could fix me. For the 1st time, in a long time, I saw hope. Dr. Hayes did a procedure, kyphoplasty, to help repair/ strengthen my fractures. Dr. Hayes & his surgical team were amazing! They kept me calm & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Hayes also arranged for PT/Home Care to see me afterwards. I am so impressed & cannot say enough about this amazing team/clinic. Thank you, Dr. Hayes & team for all you do. You are the best!
