We ordered a deluxe Junior cheeseburger (there wasn't any cheese on it!), we also ordered a plain cheesecake milkshake (they added strawberries). This was all my food and wasn't realized until my husband brought them both home.

Was just in one of your Sonic drive ins and ordered a cheeseburger without ketchup. I drove home (2miles), when I opened my burger, of course it had ketchup on and not only that you could tell the burger had been prepared earlier because the burger was cold and the bread completely soggy on the outside. I am very disappointed as I rarely eat out. I did call and let the staff know about my burger and she very nice and apologized to me.

Ordered 3 burgers, tots and drinks. The burger was cold and the meat was dry. The tots were cold and hard as if they had cooked them hours before I came. I gave all the food back to the General Manager Sara and requested my $31.31 back. This happened back in March 2022 and I was home when I checked out food and we just had to throw the food in the garbage because it was cold and my family just could not eat it. We gave them another try, which was tonight and of course it was an epic fail. We went to Checkers where the burger and the fries were freshly made. Do not go to Sonic in Winter Haven. I don’t see how they are still in business serving the food they are serving. They were pretty busy and I just knew we were gonna get fresh food. I was wrong!!

My husband and I always come here but this time we are very disappointed. We called the store and no one is answering. We both got burgers and they were both so sloppy and not warm at all, plus we have tots that are so over fried that we couldn’t even eat them. Will try to call again tomorrow to get our money back
