Drive-thru service was extremely slow. They should have parked cars to keep drive-thru moving.

Ordered curb side through the app. Checked in through the app and parked in the numbered spot. Waited over 20 minutes without seeing anyone. Finally called the restaurant and was told that they don’t come out in the rain, and I’d have to go through the drive thru. Not an issue, as it was storming, but they could have notified me and not made me sit there forever, and then have to wait in line in the drive thru
