This dingy den of wretches operates in the opposite of a service first mentality. One staff member in particular--Monica--is extremely rude and condescending. Lord have mercy if you need to process an Amazon return. They will combat you every step of the way; packaging, timing, working toward a resolution on a lost shipment. They'll nickel and dime you for anything related to an amazon return, despite the fact Amazon states UPS stores will do this free of charge. They will not assist you at all if something goes wrong with an amazon return either. Just shove a piece of paper in your face to call another number, and say they're "not responsible for shipping the item, just a drop-off." Really? that's your answer? No information on whether it made it from drop-off onto the truck, not able to track their own shipments apparently? Pathetic and unprofessional. Again, watch out for Monica. I lodged formal complaints with UPS and Amazon directly referencing this store and associates. BEWARE this rude and condescending staff.

I have been with the UPS Store for years and have a mailbox with them too. As a business owner its so important to be be able to count on the services they offer. Jody and Monica have been amazing. Letting me know when important mail arrives, faxing, sending large emails I can go on and on. I can trust and count on them for anything. Their experience, knowledge, and support. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

6/23 Very unprofessional. I walked in this morning to return an item to amazon and was met by a very rude female employee. Should of asked for her name, read her name tag, was in a rush. I noticed a review similar to this one for this UPS location and I am not surprised. I spoke up about how I did not appreciate as a customer to be talked to in a condescending tone of voice and she still proceeded to respond in the same exact tone of voice. talking over me as I voiced my concern, as I stated that I did not appreciate to be treated that way as a customer. As I was on my way out the door, she took it upon herself to make a very rude remark. Absolutely uncalled for. I have worked in sales, sales management, customer service for over a decade and I would never speak to my clients/customers that way. Doesn’t matter if you’re selling ice cream or shipping packages. The gentlemen that usually work the counter in the mornings are very respectful and professional. my advice is that if this location wants to retain business this employee should be sent to a customer service training class, at the very least. If someone cannot treat customers with respect and courtesy no matter how they feel or what they have going, they probably shouldn’t be in the customer service position. Going forward I will be using a different location.

The whole team was so patient and helpful with me as I figured out my paperwork for my notary. They helped me to print off missing pages and answered my questions with clarity even at the end of the day they didn’t rush me. The store was clean and orderly. The wait time was super short for me and all the other costumers that came in. Thank you so much!
