I've lived in Beverly Hills for 2 years and haven't been late once on a payment. The main line in my back yard sprung a leak. My back yard and 3 neighbors back yards are flooding. We have been waiting a week for answers as to when the repair would be completed. I'm left at this point with no satisfactory answers or any communication whatsoever on their part. A technician came out on 7/7 and confirmed that the leak was on their end and that a crew would be out to complete the repair on 7/8. The crew came out and left almost immediately upon arrival with no rescheduling. After calling several times, they have essentially said they'll get to it when they get to it.

If I could give them a -5 star rating I would. I've unfortunately had to use their services with 3 different properties in the area. The old lady / manager, Karen (I believe), is rude and unprofessional. When you call to have water turned on, the deposit is $50. When you show up to pay the deposit it jumps to $190. Borderline scam artists! The young lady who works there is the only one who is helpful, respectful, and kind. And the gentleman who work for the waste/trash department are wonderful!

If I had the ability to choose another utility company for water/trash I would have already made the switch. The woman with the nasty attitude needs to find a new job (the other 2 are/were pleasant). My bill was less than one month past due, they shut it off. I called to let them know I would be in on the specific date to pay, and was told I would not be a problem. That morning at 7:45 AM they had someone out to shut off my water before their office was open.

I am not sure why I see such negative complaints. I moved here from a big city and this is 100 percent better. Rates are lower then bigger cities and the ladies in the office were very friendly. I am sure that everyone that is late will have to pay a late fee otherwise they could be sued for making exceptions. It is a business. Same if you don't pay and they turn the water off. They can not show favoritism. It is just the way it is in today's world. Give these ladies in the office a break. By being mean or rude (not saying anyone is) is very hard to take if you work any where. The people that work there and don't own the business and have to follow procedures. I understand why they don't take credit card payments as the credit card companies not only charge us interest they charge the business a percent so they would lose money. And because they are business they're not meant to lose money and would raise our rates. I am all for customer service and if I saw any issues I would definitely share. I'm definitely not seeing it here as these ladies are very professional and friendly when I am in the office.

I should add, even if I would have paid online ON THE DUE DATE it still won’t count. Has to be 24/hr before date. How does that make since if my due date is the 20th and I paid online the 20th? Just another way to collect a late fee. Shame on you!!
Ty I'll chk make sure, Karen from Rolling Oaks reached out to me and did a wonderful job of making sure my trash was picked up and I have the right sticker thank you
Same is mine been sitting there since Thursday too. well they finally come today a 9:45am
Just make your payments on time and there's no problem as for new service pay the deposit and they turn it on same day as long as it's before the afternoon
Ours is working
No Martin Luther King isn't one of them. It is the days you listed plus Memorial day, and New Years. Its on their website
The meter is usually located outside on the back of the residence or in the garage or sometime underground depends on what part of Beverly Hills
