I should add, even if I would have paid online ON THE DUE DATE it still won’t count. Has to be 24/hr before date. How does that make since if my due date is the 20th and I paid online the 20th? Just another way to collect a late fee. Shame on you!!

actually youre not correct. I pay my bill online on the 20th every month and its not late. I called and checked with the office just to make sure.
