Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows

Writing this review years later as I had forgot. Please keep that in mind if anything has since changed. Personally did not stay at this location as I was in another hotel. I did see the rooms and they were very nice. I was there for business and majority of the attendees stayed at this Hyatt. The location was in a great area with easy access to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. The Hyatt staff were very professional and had everything setup and planned perfectly. The conference room we were in was great and If you are looking for a place to hold any business event I recommend checking this Hyatt out. There is a nice view of the mountains outside and it was very family friendly along with business oriented travelers.

If Victoria is working at the front desk make sure there is someone else there to help you, she doesn’t understand costumer service at all and has a major attitude. She gave everyone checking in an attitude so obviously she needs a new job. Also, our sheets were very dirty and we asked them to change them and no one ever came to fix that problem I don’t recommended going here if you want to feel comfortable where you say at.

My daughter and I chose this hotel for a quick trip to Denver and we Loved it! The room was spacious,clean and comfy.My 7 yr old also had a blast in the pool,it was a bit warm inside due to it being an indoor pool but that didn't faze us one bit! The free breakfast in the mornings was pretty good and all the staff were so nice and professional 👍 Plus it is conveniently located next door to In N Out Burger! Also lots of stores and a huge mall literally within walking distance.The ONLY qualm I have is we didn't realize this hotel was about 20 min outside of city (Denver) but that was our mistake as we don't know the area at all But other than the drive to Denver everything was wonderful! I will Definitely be booking here again should we go to Denver again!

Positive: Staff very helpful and gracious. Friendly. Easy access to Interstate location as well as shopping and dining. Loved my room. The desk area allowed me to set up for business that I had to take care of while I was vacationing. Easy parking and access. Negative: My bed was a little uncomfortable.
