Easy location right off expressway, shopping and food. Rooms were perfect with full kitchen setup. Full fridge and sink - with stove top. I never cooked.... So not sure about pans and such, but it was nice to have some of those amenities! Rooms were well sized with comfy beds! Room cleaning is by request? I know it wasn't a daily cleaning.... I stayed for 2 weeks though! I was able to switch out towels and get new supplies very easily. Staff was amazingly friendly and made it fun to check in! Breakfast was low-key, to go's. Always had coffee available! Pet friendly with no extra charge which was great! Highly recommend!! Thank you so so much!!!

Positive: Location was excellent it was close to the fwy. every store or restaurant that you needed was close by some was in walking distance. Negative: I had to go to the front desk with my dirty towels, in order to receive my clean . I had to go to the front desk for kitchen accessories, I given a storage container. I¿m just glad that my husband can work with a little of nothing.

Room had NO amenities. For an extended stay I expected at least a few things. There was NOTHING. No dishes, no silverware, no paper towel. Toilet paper wasn't even on the roller. Table was filthy and sticky. Extremely disappointed. Will never try Extended Stay again.

Extended Stay and affordable cost should not mean not meeting the BASIC needs of their guests. I have been here for 3 nights now and since I got here I've been asking for someone to unclog the bathroom sink because it is unusable. After asking three different times on three different days, I am still washing my hands and brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink. This is unfair and unacceptable. I need to extend my stay but, sadly for me, I will have to pay more somewhere else where at least they care more about the needs of the guests. I am writing this complain here instead of directly to the Extended Stay of America hotel because I couldn't find somewhere to reach them directly. No ill intentions here, just a frustrated customer.
