They wouldnt provide extra towels and wont clean the room unless you're staying 7+ days which is kind of excessive. They were also rude and blamed COVID for their lack of staff and services. Seeing some of the other reviews saying similar things - we should have known. Wouldnt recommend.

This is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Over a 10 night stay the hotel was incapable of providing 4 towels for 4 people, always claiming to be out of everything. We had to buy our own towels and clean our own room. All the hotel hallways had trash stacked everywhere for days. Housekeeping would walk right past cleaning rooms and leave the trash behind. The microwave in our room was also broken so a temporary microwave was left on the table. That microwave took up half the table space. Since the room had no desk, the table was the only workspace we had and it was basically unusable. Even worse, after the first night in the room I went into the bathroom area and something stuck to my foot. It was several clear silicon pony tail holders (not ours). Then I found more all over the floor. I now question whether our room was ever properly cleaned. Absolutely disgusting! The elevator near our room was out of service our entire 10 night stay so we tried to use the stairwells which are horrifying. The two closest to our room are covered with rust stains and reek of mildew and rotting something. Not sure what. Awful hotel.

Booked hotel well in advance. After a very long drive from Wisconsin to Colorado, I hoped to get some rest. I checked in on the Hilton App and I even went to the front desk to check in again. To my surprise, my room wasn’t ready. Front desk employee told me 1 hr wait. Went groceries shopping and site seeing for 2 hrs. Came back to check if my room was ready but no it wasn’t. I always book with Hilton but this is by far the worst experience ever. I will never book with Hilton ever again. Thanks for ruining my trip and experience in Colorado!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT A SUPER8 THAN THIS HOTEL!!!

I've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties over the years, and this one was one of the bigger disappointments. The building is in ok shape -- reasonably clean hallways, the furniture in my room wasn't beat up. However, one of two elevators was out of order and looked like it had been that way for a while. The staff was friendly, but their approach to service can be pretty much summed up by "whatever". My room was at the back of the hotel. It's a large building, so bear in mind that every trip to the desk from the back of the building was a ten minute round trip, and that can be a real annoyance when you're traveling for business and have a packed calendar. The Honors welcome bag wasn't in my room when I checked in. I was told they had no one to run it up to me, so I'd have to come get it. So, first trip to the front desk. As I unpacked my toiletries, I noticed there was no shampoo in the room. Second trip back to the desk. The next morning I discovered that there was only decaf coffee in the kitchenette. Third trip back to the desk. Returned to the room, put in my coffee, and pressed the button. Nothing. The coffee maker was nonfunctional. Fourth trip to the desk to get a cup of coffee in the lobby and report the broken equipment. The lady behind the desk told me she'd have it replaced. Coffee maker was never replaced. So, every morning was a trek downstairs for coffee. On my last morning, I took the coffee maker down to the desk so they'd have a physical reminder it was broken. I extended my stay a day, but they forgot to extend my digital key. I would park in the rear and use the entrance back there. Unpleasant to discover I was locked out of the rear doors when I returned from a business dinner at 11:00 pm. So, overall, no disasters. Just a lot of oversights that leave me with the impression this hotel is understaffed, undertrained, or just doesn't really have any desire get the details right. Not a place I'd stay again.
