Clean, spacious rooms for a reasonable price! The many amenities along with exceptional service and beautiful views make this a place I will definitely return! With a restaurant on campus and being only a stones throw from North Conway, N.H., it's very convenient. In fact, we are going back in a few weeks!

I review a business based on the price I pay. Keep this in mind as I give five stars to what is probably a two star motel. We greatly enjoyed our three night stay at the motel. Be assured that this is part of the Attitash Mountain Resort, but a little ways down the road (so you’ll have to hop in the car for pool, hot tub, tennis, trails, etc.). We had side by side rooms (17 and 18) which were perfect for our family of eight. The little kitchenette was great (but could use some more lighting). It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and not at all like what I’m reading on these other reviews. We used the outdoor grill one night, which was nice. We paid $259 for all three nights, which required a sit down talk and tour for a time share at the main resort. Worth it to us. Would do it again.

The first room we had the bed was awful BUT the staff was amazing and got us transferred to another room. This one has a very comfy bed, fireplace heater, full fridge/freezer and kitchen sink! I'd definitely come back. Only downfall is the pool etc is 1/2 mile down the road but not a deal breaker.

Never had a problem before for we have stayed therelots of times. It's a decent place to stay with the dog. This room was NOT clean at all. Found a sock and dirt and grime under furniture. Dirty silverware. No pool towels. No phone. This room used to be nice and homey but you can see, tell and smell it's gone downhill. It needs to be updated and dog owners need to be held responsible for damages. Told main office the issues and they did clean it better. It would of been 4 to 5 star rating but not this time. 😞🌲❄🐾🐶
